This documentary is the story of a 12 years old girl (Emily Hagins), who had nothing more than a script, a home video camera and a dream to make a movie. Zombie Girl takes us behind the scenes as Emily makes her movie, illustrating the filmmaking process in all it's imperfect glory. This film embodies the true spirit of independent filmmaking.
